– SkillSEEK Story –
In 2017, three friends from three completely different backgrounds and experiences founded a company called SkillSEEK India with a mission to help recruitment companies & organisations make easier and more effective recruitment procedures. Starting with a small investment and based out of a 700 sq. feet apartment, we created a platform which allows all types of online testing & assessments. After our testing platform, we went on to creating a job portal, which not only allow free listing of jobs & resumes, but it allows companies to post online tests. With both functions fully operational on our website, we seek to provide a complete package of pre-employment screening and testing to employers & recruiters.
By the end of 2017, we entered the Corporate Strategy Management thereby providing corporate with solutions to overcome their pain areas. We conducted various Training Programs satisfying varied demands of our client companies. Also, by the start of 2018 we help our clients in successfully implementing the Balanced Scorecard for their Strategic Management.
In 2018, SkillSEEK introduced their new division – Skillancials. Here, we handled all the finance and accounting needs of our clients all over the world. The softwares we expertise in are QuickBooks, Yardi Voyager, Tally ERP and GST

Purak
Co-founder & CEO
Purak holds a Business Administration degree from MS University of Baroda (2001-04) and a post-graduate degree in Social Work from the same university (2004-2006). Before co-founding SkillSEEK, Purak led the recruitment function in various social work organization in London, helping recruitment of high quality foster carers & social workers. Purak was also instrumental in setting up human resources functions in various organizations of the likes of Adani Port & Atul Industries. Purak brings wealth of knowledge and energy to the team.
Purti
Co-founder & COO
Purti holds a graduation and masters in Business Administration from The M. S. University of Baroda (2004-07) and Masters in Commerce (HR) (2007-09) She has worked with various MNCs and helped develop and improve their HR functions. Purti combines her passion for innovation, systemic solutions and team-building. Besides HR, Purti has also keen interest and knowledge in financial and cost management. Purti’s zeal and energy is contagious, and as the Chief Operating Officer, she is the soul of SkillSEEK.
Sahil
Co-founder & CTO
Sahil is focused on how technology, data and innovation can advance the future of the nation. He is extremely innovative and through his work, he has helped number of companies throughout the globe find better solutions to their IT problems. Sahil is the Director & Co-founder of Dhyey Consulting Services (DCS) which is based in Baroda and has operations in a number of countries worldwide. Sahil’s skills lie in his ability to find solutions to some of the wildest problems on the planet.
